Confession

I am a bad mom. Noah B has been has been sick today with the stomach flu and well....I feel bad for the little guy...but deep down I love it! I know,..I told you,..I'm a bad mom. But he is the sweetest most cuddly boy when he is sick. I can't get enough of him. All day long he says, "Daddy stay House, No Work" and "Howld You Mommy, Howld You". I gladly HOWLD him and I love every last second of it. Does anyone else have this guilty pleasure?! --Get feeling better soon buddy.

    i know exactly what you mean! i LOVE it when mya is sick cause she is so sweet and cuddly..and QUIET.

    It is a delicate balance. No mom wants their child to be sick. On the other hand, I just love that he snuggles and lets me hold him as much as I want.

    that's totally how I feel when Maggie gets sick- hah- I think it's normal! They're just at that hard age where they're too busy to stop and snuggle when they feel good!

    Poor Boy! But I totally know what you mean...You hate to see them sick but it is so great when you know they need you and they just want to snuggle!!!

    oh... i was just secretly thinking the same thing the other day.. caden just got over the croup. and he's never been so cuddly!! i really kind of liked it! hope he gets feelin better soon!

    I understand completely. I hate to see them sick, but Callie loves to cuddle when she is sick and i love to cuddle with her. I too take pictures of how sad they are whent hey are sick. I have the cutest one of Gavin covered up to his chin with a washcloth on his forehead. All you can see is this tiny nose and big brown eyes. I think he was 3. I hope Noah feels better soon.

    I have to agree with you it's bittersweet to have sick kids. I've been a little behind, but it looks like you had a fun and eventful July. I love the Blessing pictures! Your girls looked so precious in their dresses.
