Blessing Day

So after the firework show on Saturday night (July 4th) Brad and I took off for a much needed WHOLE night sleep at a hotel. Right before we left we were playing with sparklers with Noah. A little ash flew off one of the sparklers and landed right under my eye. No biggie. Didn't really even hurt. I simply brushed it away and went on with the celebration. When I arrived an the hotel I noticed a little red spot where the ash had landed. Again, no biggie. We had an amazing nights sleep and woke up the next morning to get ready for a very special Sunday. Our baby girls blessing day. I went to "freshen up" and looked in the mirror and saw QUASIMODO (Yes I had to google how to spell that). Great! The day when tons of family pictures are suppose to be taken and I am supposed to trick people into thinking I've totally "bounced back"! That stupid ash had firework chemicals in it that caused an allergic reaction and turned me into Quasimodo! Just my luck!Okay, well enough about my misfortune (I only mention it to explain the halariously horrific pictures of me).

This real focus of this special day were my beautiful baby girls, and oh were they beautiful! My heart was so full as I saw both of them dressed in white together. Brad gave them each the sweetest blessings. These girls melt my heart....

Yes I am trying to hide in this picture....You know you were trying SOO hard to see it! Admit it! Fine,...here is Quasimodo...
ha, ha,...laugh it up.
Happy Blessing Day Chloe and Sophie. We are so glad you are in our family.
We celebrated after by having a lunch with family and friends at our home. Thankyou to everyone who came to support us! We love you all so much!

  14. Those two are complete ANGELS! I love them sooooo much and love their bracelets and tights. I have learned that you over-exaggerate and that your Quasimodo is more like a normal person's "good" blemish. You're still smokin' hot!
