"Noah's Day"

We made a special Noah's day on Friday, which really turned into a Noah's weekend. Basically we fed him junk, and played 'til we dropped. We wanted to have some special alone time with just Mommy, Daddy, and Noah before his "baby shishters" join our family. We have a list ridiculously long of things we want to get done before the babies arrive, but he took top priority! I sure hope Noah B felt loved, because we adore him. I'm not sure who had more fun, Noah or us. (I know there aren't many pictures of me,...on PURPOSE!)
Our weekend went something like this:

FRIDAY - Monkey Buziness Jump Zone, McDonalds, Puppies at the Mall, Nap, Maverik Corn Dogs (gag), Play at Toys R Us, playing with mom's camera, night night.

SATURDAY - Subway with DORITOS, Jeep ride with Daddy, Park Play, Popsicles, Nap, "Hewping" daddy in the yard, bath play with daddy, night night.

We love you Noah B. We are so excited for our baby girls to join our family but you are our first love. We hope you know how much joy you bring to our lives!

Okay, would these babies just come already!?! YES I am considered "full term" for twins and NO nothing is happening!!! I am miserable!

  6. It looks like you three had tons of fun. I can't even imagine how you must be feeling. I only made it to 37 weeks with Hallie and 35 weeks with Matti, plus there was only one sweetie in my belly and I felt like crap, however you look wonderful and you have done a great job keeping those girls that long in ya!!! Good luck to you and Brad when the time comes.

  7. Noah is so spoiled and loved. The pic with him pushing the lawnmower is too cute. Hang in there Shell; try reverse psychology and tell yourself you DON'T want them to come yet. Maybe that's the trick?

  10. CUTE! The pictures of Brad riding in the jeep are hilarious! It reminds me of Spencer! That's exactly how he is... he always enjoys playing with all the fun stuff more than the kids do! Hey- send me your email so I can add you to our blog list! (We just made ours private) veharfamily@gmail.com

  11. It's crazy how the only thing little ones need is Mom and Dad time. I'm sure Noah just loved every minute of it. I miss that wonderful water park in Meridian!

  13. That is such a great idea. Not that he will remember it but he will be able to look back and be reminded of his alone love time.

  17. This is Crystal- you left a note on my blog about my glitter toes. You so need some. But, the girl who did them is in Utah and won't be back in Idaho until after you have your twins. I am so sorry! A similar product is "gel toes" and you can find these in lots of salons around town (try Two Rivers Salon in Eagle for some real pampering- you deserve it!). Gel toes will also last 4-6 weeks or more. Good luck with everything!
