Just call me Martha

{Martha Stewart}....wannabe that is. I have done a few projects in the past month or so that I am ridiculously proud of. I am really not naturally crafty, so I must give credit where credit is due. Special thanks to Alison Prince (Craft Queen), my mom (Sewing Instructor), and Carley Pickett (Crazy Canner) for making this all possible! ;) So, I am "tooting" my own horn {TOOT TOOT} and showing off my hours of domestictivity {I'm not sure that's a word, but I think it should be} :)

Growth chart for Noah B...

Mail Organizer...

FHE sign for our family....

Shutter Message Board (Unecessary Necessities)...

Canning Peaches & Pears...

Apron I made for an Apron Swap I participated in.

Speaking of my apron swap,...Kara and I started an A to Z Swap where this month we are swapping bags. We need some more people to sign up! :) If your not interested in the bag swap, go to the website and vote for what you want the next swap to be. Click here.

So actually there was quite a bit of "hand holding" going on in these projects, but heck, I'll take a little bit of the credit. ~Here's to trying to be like Martha! ~

  7. Hey Lady, cute crafts. I love it. My favorite is the shutters. I, like Sheena, have been looking for shutters to do something similar. I love your blog too, I really love that little guy of yours trying to take that halloween costume off. My husband and I are living in NYC (brooklyn to be exact). Crazy huh. No where near where I thought we would end up, we actually planned on Boise. Our baby is due any day now. Wish me luck.

  12. You are sooo talented. I remember the days when I accomplished a lot of new things. I feel like I have conquered Everest if at the end of the day the house is still standing, everyone got to where they needed to go and were fed, and I am still sane!
